It takes 6-8 months normally to get it

I've always gotten it a month or two after registering. Maybe I've been lucky?

The last 2 boats I registered took every bit of 6 months, I sent mine out in September for the new boat nothing yet

Seems like older boats they want a
Picture or something of the Hull number also at least with my old pontoon that’s how it went, so it took them like 6 months to send me the letter then several more months to get
The title back

I just got a little fishing boat last month. Sent the boat registration in to the DNR. $28 for three years.

Sent for the title and registration back in August. It finally arrived today. Like others said, 6+ months!

Funny story.............. wife and i decided to do a little spring cleaning in the kitchen and clean out the junk drawers and cabinets. while cleaning the out the cabinet under her " misc paper work drawer" we found our il registration stickers that went missing LOL..... must have been pushed out the back
