I just set everything up Denise I need to meet with you for lunch tomorrow and give you this form I need you to mail it in with the deposit and then everything is set up. I also got us free valet parking you will still need to pay the 2dollar admission fee.. They have blocked Dec3rd Friday for us to eat and fellowship!! I'd say if everyone can start meeting there at about 7:20-7:30pm that would be good to get seated and all for racing and dinner!!!

Ok I talked to them some more and they have included free admission as well and a free program and free valet parking.

The only thing you will be paying is 26.95each for the buffet.

Then about 2minutes down the road (north avenue) there is a bar on the left hand side of the Road called Jefferson's and that is where we can go after the track closes at 11:30pm if everyone is still up for a little drinking and partying. They have a DJ there on Friday nights. Good crowd.
