I believe this was talked about when the Youtube icons were added... at that time the fear was that adding them might crash the site... Kind of like that one time Mook did something with the garage feature.
What do you want added? I have always wanted the youtube icons added as that is pretty much the only reason i go to advanced mode unless I'm adding a bunch of pictures.
