There is this place on the southside of Chicago (near Sox park) that implemented this concept. It looks like they are in transition/moving spaces.

The website is a little slow.

I will say part of my problem is the idea of having a way to get my shit some where. It'd be great if it was running but well you know the story. At this point I'd almost rather have a tow truck than a lift.
