Can you comment on the performance? I have been looking to get one so I can game with the boys when I travel for work, but I don’t want to buy it if it would struggle to run Warzone etc.

How is the performance? I don’t need 140 fps. Hell 60 solid would be fine

I mean for 1100 dollars it can’t have everything and also run a 3060 graphics card and an 11th gen processor
It has everything. I don’t get what you mean? It has the 3060maxp card, 3200mhz 16gb ram, nvme 1tb ssd and so on. It’s pretty loaded up.
And for the warzone question, it will run it 1080p maxed out at least 120fps or more. Easily. I had a razer blade pro with the lower watt 3060 and it was easily 90-100 fps warzone 1080p maxed out.
And I have one machine at the moment. Buying and selling them for a small profit is pretty easy nowadays. Nobody can get new GPUs so they are settling for gaming laptops that they can plug in gaming mouse, keyboard and monitors to. I had this 3070 model plugged into my 4k120 LG tv and was playing warzone in 4K. Not maxed but close. This is a screaming deal for a loaded up 3060 machine.

I was responding to the comment that he wished the screen was 4K. And I said well for $1100 dollars it can’t have literally everything lol

If you are playing a FPS, you want all the HZ and FPS you can get. It is a legit advantage. Even if you dont "see" it, you will "feel" it, if that makes any sense.

Ah yeah I see now. Yeah and even so, gamers dont want 4k screens. The high refresh rate 1080p and 1440p screens are enough for something like this. And with a 3060, the 1080p144hz screen is perfect.

Yeah, Id be bummed about no 1440P, but a 17.3 144HZ 1080P screen is very nice for a laptop IMO.

I've had so many of these machines with the 30 series GPUs and I've noticed there is a tipping point in relation to CPU bottlenecking when running 1080p. The 3070 (laptop max P version) is just a tad overkill for 1080p maxed out for any game except the broken games like flight sim and cyberpunk. Its best served with a 1440p165hz screen. The machine I have now has the 360hz 1080p IPS display with the 3070maxp card and its just on the edge of being too much for 1080p even with the high refreshrate. Anything except maybe CS:GO will be at the limit of the game engine before you get anywhere near the 360hz screen cap. I would have liked this machine with the 1440p screen, but it was unavailable and its not a huge deal. I usually use an external display with it anyway if Im at home.
