Chicken of the Sea , in water . Squeeze the water out with the top of the can and add a couple of globs of miracle whip . Stir and eat on white bread.

Man, ive been eating tuna out of the can since 1989.
Delicious.....

Also, tuna noodle casserole....
Peas, onion, mushroom soup, noodles, tuna ( duh)
More mushrooms, spinach, you can replace mushroom soup with flour, chicken broth and milk.
Bake it, yum....

I don't like Tuna. Amy does. She uses the add mayonnaise and eat method.

Salmon is different. I put on a rub like Old Bay or a blackened rub, maybe drizzle with lemon, and grill it for a couple minutes on each side depending on size. Test it by flaking a little off. Flaky = done. That's a real fish unlike that Tuna crap.

Canned tuna in water. Drain.

Add miracle whip, mustard and relish.

Stir and enjoy by itself or on some bread

For canned tuna:

-Take can out of the pantry.
-Throw can in garbage.
-Eat something else.

Tuna, mayo, onions, celery, jalapeno, salt & pepper
This, minus the mayo (I use a mustard instead). And also since my ass catches fire from jalapenos these days (still do it anyway, it's worth it, but it does hurt the next day), I've been cutting up poblanos and using those in their place.

Love me some fucking tuna. Usually eat it mixed with relish and mayo. Been eating it plain out of the can lately.

I recently made the decision I like canned tuna after 31 years of not enjoying it.

Made it for the first time last night.

Canned tuna in water (drained)
Finely diced carrots
diced red bell pepper
Sweet relish
Miracle whip
Salt
Coarse ground pepper

Spread on bread, add a couple avocado slices and Cholula
