3800 How to remove spots

I washed my 18s off with water from my hose and we have well water. The water left spots on the rims and i want to know what to use to clean them up and get the spots off. They are polished aluminum.

If rim cleaner doesent get the spots off, get a mothers powerball and some good polish.
