That’s the X series. The V series is what I’m looking at.

I've been working on the wife about getting boat. How big of a motor should I be looking at to be able to pull a tube or skier with a 24 or 25 foot pontoon?
If you get a 225 Verado you can upgrade to 340 hp via tune from whipple for under a grand

100k for the single 300 or about 200k with twin 300's...:coolio:
I won't feel bad about getting gapped by one in my 18' Lund 43.5 mph on GPS with a 2 stroke mid 90's 115 mercury cause I didn't have to take out a mortgage to own it...:lmao: At least I could feel like a winner out of the hole if I raced one or in rough condition's like on the Big Pond where the DeepV shines!
Does skiing take the most power versus tubing etc?

I don’t believe supercharged Verado’s are still in production but there’s still quite a few left I saw some new toons that were ordered with 250’s this year, I think the new 4.6 took the place of a bunch of them

Used market is small from what you are looking for. My dad looked seriously for over a year for a "newer" tritoon with a "big" motor. He wanted 150+, tritoon, and less than 10 years old. I think he wanted to spend under $30K. Ended up buying new and spending way over $30K but really because he couldn't find anything on the used market.
well they just hold onto them because the difference between a 5 year old pontoon and a new one isn't enough for a person to warrant "upgrading"
i dont know what that means
i would just reallllly research the brand and how it compares to the other brands out there.
It seems like pontoon under 10 years old just don't get sold.
Lead Pipe when do you plan to buy?

During our tests, we measured a top speed of 48.7 mph and a best cruise of 13.8 mph.
With the Mercury 350 Verado turning a 15x15 3-bladed Enertia propeller, we reached our top speed of 48.7 mph at 6800 rpm. Best cruise came in at 2500 rpm and 13.8 mph. At that speed, the 3.3 gph fuel burn translated into a range of 196 miles while still holding back a 10% reserve of the boat’s 52-gallon (196 L) total fuel capacity.
