How fast your toon go?

the biggest thing about bigger hp engines once you get above 200/225 or so is how much acceleration they pickup since top speed seems to have diminishing returns

true story, especially on the chain... planing out quickly could be the difference between hitting a prop/getting stuck & not

Yeah, stays flat. They use it as a selling point in all the videos I've seen. I thought it was pretty cool. Makes it feel more stable IMO.

also fins on the outside aren't going to prevent it from rolling into turns... the center toon dictates if it will or won't and how much it will roll into a turn. most newer toons have fins on the outer toons.

I don't really have brand loyalty but I like what suncatcher offers at this point. I started to look hard at 2017 and 2018's because I feel that's what I'll be buying when I'm ready to purchase. Performance to price ratio, they are perfect for me.

Those seem to be the upper level lines too. In 2017 they updated most of their boats but I have seen 2015ish middle trim level 22ft. tri toons in mid-low 20's but you have to travel.

I figured Panda would be all over Sunchasers, they are owned by Yamaha.

Also the hard part is finding a 200hp+ 22'er. Since the V-max 150 is the standard propulsion, they mostly tend to have that motor. 200-250 is a must for me.
