Saw it at the theater. Long movie, packed with stars.

One too many story lines made the movie choppy. Looking forward to Part 2 in hopes of the multiple story lines coming together.

Overall decent but you can wait to rent / stream. Watch with surround sound for the guns going off and horses galloping. Cinematography was excellent.

A lot of details to catch.

Ouch

Not surprised

I was expecting Horizon to be on par with the quality of Dances With Wolves, Last of the Mohicans, Open Range, Pale Rider, etc.

Unfortunately, Horizon did not deliver.

My dad wanted to see this. Neither of us were aware this was cancelled. lol

I thought it was a pretty good introduction to the characters and their stroy. Since episode two was already for release and filming of the third had started, maybe some streaming service will pick it up and finish it.

It baffles me that that a western has such a high budget. $100 million for the first episode. How? Where? There was a small town of 6 buildings, a bunch of wagons, costumes, and nature. Where is the cost? Insane.
