Hitch/towing bros....assemble

I know nothing of towing and hitch stuff. We're renting a 5' by 8' Uhaul covered cargo trailer to help with the move to Florida. This is for the stuff we need immediately, the stuff going in the moving truck likely won't be available for a couple of weeks.

My wife has a 2016 Ford Explorer Ecoboost with a hitch. What exactly do I need to buy to tow this thing?

Is this all I need?

Yup, that's all you need. U-Haul trailers have surge brakes, so just the hitch and a flat 4 pin for lights at a minimum.

Actually, that's what I ended up doing. It was actually cheaper than what I found on Amazon.

Thats what I did when I rented a trailer from them 2yrs ago. Still have it and have used it a few times lol
