IT folk with good communication skills, and in a field that have experience in seem to rarely spend much time, if any, in the hiring pool.

My IT friends have all moved around a lot more than me, but yes, they have all been continuously employed.

My one buddy has done very well with each job change. I don't know what he makes but I am guessing it is damn near 6 figures and we got out of school at the same time.
