Those are pretty much the same exact kit I installed in my car for both headlights and fogs. They've worked fine for me.

See the problems i have found with vvme is that if you have any problems with them you are pretty much SOL because they are not located in this country. And shipping is crazy if you only need one ballast, however I have to say i have been using the same setup from VVME for 3 years now on my fogs and haven't had any problems but my low beams had to be replaced so i replaced them with DDM.

I'm running the VVME kit in both heads and fogs... Love 'em... 6K 9700 for heads and 6K 880 in fogs... It cost me $168 total including shipping

I am approaching 1 year of having them and I have had no trouble thus far (knock on wood)

Your car would use the 12V, some large trucks use 24V systems like military trucks.
