I am installing my new downpipe. So i removed the old one and two studs came out of the turbo…. so my question is whats the best way to move forward??

me personally, from the lowly 3800 world, i would reuse all of the things and use thread lock yes.

i would also find out specific torque specs for your application so you don't break off the stud and have a bigger problem.

(not that i ever broke off an exhaust manifold bolt in the head of my car or anything :s00ls:)

Thats what i figured just want to be sure. will the blue be sufficient

Blue is fine. I only use red for internal engine parts that move or super-critical items that, if dislodged, would cause catastrophic failure. I take no chances with that!
