Pleasantly surprised with the team. Last night was a fun watch

This team is starting to gel and come alive. Still a long way to go but we are seeing some highlights.

God, outdoor games are such a joke now. The Avs/Knights got thru 1 period, and then they delayed the rest of the game until MIDNIGHT (Eastern) tonight because the sun was just blasting the ice

I hate the outdoor games. They are terrible to watch. The ice always sucks. They shouldn't count towards the season standings. If the NHL is so dead set on outdoor hockey, they should just do an outdoor all star weekend. I'm staying up to watch the remainder when it restarts at 11 PM.

I've also been pleasantly surprised by the Hawks this season. They are reminiscent of the 2010 team. Some of the young newcomers like Kurashev and Pius Suter have been fun to watch. DeBrincat continues to develop and Kane seems to look better each year.

Looks like Artemi Panarin is going to be laying low for awhile. Hopefully his family is safe.
