Xylene was the poor man's race gas back int he day. Glad to hear you got this lined up a bit. Amazing how much a cam changes the sound profile of an engine. With a good exhaust I'd think you would be pushing this way deep into the 12s no problem.

I don't think it'll ever do deep 12's. 12's yes. But the car is on a stock 10bolt, and I don't think I'll ever put DR's or slicks on it as long as the 10 bolt stays. 9" just isn't in the cards yet.

Should be in the 400-420whp range.

If the heads had turned out to be bad, it definitely would have been, because either AI 200cc's or AFR 195cc comps would have gone on the car.
