erroneous... I dont put butter on a BLT... I put mayo, or salad dressing..

Another option, cook medium temp in olive oil instead of mayo or butter.

Adding garlic to the pan is optional.

My wife does this with GC. The mayo works awesome. I use the spray olive oil which is good also.

Screw the nasty, messy butter or mayo. Two slices of toast, two slices of cheese, 12 seconds in the microwave to melt the cheese. Zero dirty dishes.
