Donnie
Ethanol Junkie.
I've got two 100 sq/ft rooms in need of refinishing. Oak, and both are structurally good and largely free of defect. One has regrettably been hit with porch paint at some point in it's life, I suspect not long before carpeted. And the other has had "squeek fixes" handymanned in, in the form of about fifteen 8d, and trim nails.
I can remove the remaining carpeting, as well as tack strips and the nails if it would simplify things, but my trade is in steel and electricity, not wood. So I'd prefer leaving this as much to an expert as possible.
Let me know. Move in target is approaching fast, and I'd prefer not to just hit this with a fuck ton of murphy's and hope for the best, for now.
