I'd be potentially interested in the projectors, but i already have a HIT kit. Do they bounce a lot? I know that's a common problem.

I have quite a few already interested in the complete setup. I have not had an issue with bounce. Like some others, I have styrofoam mounted on the stock bumper foam under the front fascia to eliminate the factory gap and bounce.

When you say demod, I assume all these parts are installed on the car? If that is the case how can some possibly be "new"?
Most parts are installed. By new I don't mean in the box. Any parts that have NEW by them are either brand new or have 15 miles or less on them, as the car was only driven to my new house when I moved and have no wear on them. All parts listed are in "new" condition or very good condition if not listed as new and have little to no use. All new items were purchased new and are, outside of any install.

I wouldn't really consider a part new if it had been installed... For the trans you want a good stock trans, plus buyer pay for both transmissions to be swapped?

Then don't buy them or consider them new. I'm pretty sure that anyone that looks at the pics of the items on the car would probably get the concept that they are not still in boxes. Yes, the built trans would be cash, plus swapping a stocker that works. I have over $3000 dollars in it. If it sells it sells. If a local wanted them and had the ability to swap them out, it would cost them nothing and I would bring the GP to them for the work or have a shop here do the swaps. I'm flexible, as the car is not being used currently. Someone wants to make an offer, they can. Regardless, interested buyer or just threadcrapping?

Thanks,

Jason

Not a interested buyer if you are going to consider my valid questions thread-crapping. The trans is used (to me) and the price is a decent negotiation point to start from if you indeed have $3,000 into this. The thing that kills it for me is giving up a working stock trans and paying for labor and misc costs to swap out both. That is why I asked you for clarification...

which type r sub is it? the one with the single rubber surround, or with the multiple level poly surround
It's from the early 2000s, I believe a single rubber surround. Previous owner purchased and installed the system in the car.

Wow, looks like quite the build. Good luck with the sale.
Thanks, I just wish I would have been able to finish my plans for the car. Things change and priorities have to be taken into account.

Not a problem, for sale threads are for potential buyers. If you want to negotiate on any parts or have questions regarding them I have no problem assisting. But I have no desire to bicker with someone over trivialities. Everything is clear on what they are and the condition they are in. If someone reads new and that they are on the car and see pics installed and still thinks they are boxed up, I can't really help that. They are all copy and pasted from my car sale thread. Mine was a valid question as well. I've seen much more "used" transmissions go for more on the forums. A working trans is necessary to sell or trade in the car as well. I'd love to be able to have all of the drivetrain pulled and ready to go, but that isn't possible at the moment. It is a starting point for negotiation and I would be willing to move on pricing more for the engine or transmission and even more for someone that wanted both.

I can have Dave (Triple Edge Performance) give full information on everything done to the trans and give a pricing break down to anyone that would request it for the build.

Nice civil response for dealing with Panda. You should post more often :bigthumb:

I've been active in the GP community for over a decade and have had no reason to not be civil thusfar. I've had my debates over the years, but still appreciate the contribution of different, useful views. I'd post more, but I don't have very much time so I usually stick to one or two forums for the most part.

If this stuff goes up for sale consider it sold.

No problem Mike. If the demod goes through, they are yours.

Thanks,

Jason

any budging on the seats (considering morad sells these for under 400 with no "core")? im seriously interested.
Sorry, I already have multiple full price offers with seats of differing conditions. Actually, Morad currently has a single GXP passenger seat listed for $199.99 plus shipping on ebay. That would be my price and just the front two seats. Wish I could be of more assistance.

Bump, pics added. A few adjustments and combos listed.

I'm adding everyone to the list as I get requests. I lost some, but with 7 forums I'm trying to keep up. Sorry guys, weekends are my busiest times. I will try my best to honor order, but not completely doing "dibs". First, I have 3 potentials on the GTP complete and will see if any follow through on the purchase. The demod would probably not start before December 17th. Second, some priority will be given to those that are buying numerous big dollar items or those that are "local" or picking up for swaps, etc. I will attempt to keep updated as much as possible. I do check emails/posts/PMs on my cell, but don't have the time to respond on my phone and have to wait until I am able to get to my laptop (especially with the sheer number of responses I have gotten). Thank you to all.

Do the seats have the heating option on them? I'd probably take them too assuming you'd take a set of Comp G seats as the cores. Looks like your car is all setup to take them anyhow.

Mike,

Yes, they have dual heat and all power driver seat. I'll add you to the list for the seats also. Could you pm or email me with all items you are interested so I make sure I have it right. Comp G seats would be fine. I'd prefer coupe seats from 97-02 or any leather seats from 04+ or possibly other w-bodies. Thanks.

Demod is now active, boss' orders. I will be trying to contact everyone over this week and starting the demod this weekend or sooner. My original list of buyers was lost, but I believe I recreated it for the most part. If you are interested in parts, contact me here or email at [email protected]. As previously stated, I don't do "dibs" and won't lose a sale waiting an unreasonable time. Also, those that are "local" or pick up will be given consideration for larger purchases and those making multiple purchases as well. As it says in the original post, shipping and fees are not included in posted pricing. Stock trades should be in decent working condition. I have a lot of finals and term papers due this week, so I will respond as quickly as possible. I thank you for your interest. Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Thank you all for your interest. I will be replying to everyone this weekend, starting Friday night. On top of everything, I also am going to school double full-time and this is the last week of the term. I will have 3 weeks off from school after this week. I am going to start stripping the GTP on Sunday morning and moving forward with all pending and interested sales. I don't want to be taking any money from anyone until I am free to have the parts off and shipped. All sales will be quick and shipped within 48 hours (business days).

I appreciate your patience and will do my best to respond ASAP. You may also send your requests to [email protected]. Please include your screen name, parts interested in, and a reminder of information we have sent if you are emailing.

SD hood is sold and meeting for hood swap Saturday afternoon. I will update the original list when I get time.

Thanks,

Jason

SD hood, RAT engine mounts, L67 Stage 2 TB, and SLP Gen I spoiler are sold. SD Air Dam is back up for sale.

Engine and transmission are being pulled this weekend. No longer requiring buyer to cover swap. Price break on buying the combo.

Car is pretty much stripped and most parts are ready to go. I know some of you are getting frustrated with the pending sales and not being first in line. I apologize, but many of the buyers are coming from out of state and I'm waiting on scheduling for pick ups. Still waiting for responses and payment from multiple buyers as well. I will let everyone know if a sale falls through. Thanks to those that have purchased items.
