It's leaking from the rear gasket and in 2 sport between the charger and the ic

Don't use a gasket for the ic. Just rtv it.

I use top and bottom metal LIM gaskets with RTV on both sides on my PRJ + Gen V.

The blower gasket had them. They are what I used

The lower coolant holes are welded shut on the LIM.

FWIW for the group...this is the old setup I had on the Bonne.

It's a ZZP ported Gen V LIM with the coolant passages welded shut. The IC core is sealed properly (I did it ) and is a ZZP S2 Gen V core.

IIRC - I provided him one gasket for between the LIM and the bottom of the IC core. The top IC core and SC were to just have RTV to seal between them (that's how Dave Norris had recommended it and I had on the Bonne before I demodded.) The LIM gaskets were the metal GM style.

I'm looking for the same thing. I have a l67 bonnie but i'm looking for someone to install a engine with the gen V. I'm located near 60617 southeast chicago. I had a shop top swap my l67 and now i need a engine.

should i buy a L32 engine or stay with my L67?
I have Gen V blower and lim already?

My recommendation is to stop modding cars if you cannot get this figured out, not to send it to ZZP.

Unpopular response, however this hobby just isn't for everyone.

YES. It is sooooo much easier to go turbo than all of that shit. It's also 99.9% easier to tune a turbo car.

I know its been a while since I posted but here is my new rant. So a few weeks ago I went to start the GP and guess what? My brand new battery from ZZP was dead. Turns out it was frozen solid ( the car is inside the garage ). My antifreeze lines to the IC, frozen again. I just cant win with this car. I turned the heater on in the garage and had the garage temp to about 80 all weekend. Charged the battery and it is done. I need a new one... Ill have to get one next week, don't you love these unexpected expenses...

I have one. The light on the box was on and everything. Maybe it isnt working right. Do you know if you can test it to see if it works?
