Last weekend, and I'm sure still, I was seeing 2.99 all over the west side of LITH and in Huntley.

Gas is still about $.50 to $.60 too much. In '08 when the price per barrel of crude was almost $100, the national average was 3.08....

...so if the price for a barrel or crude is around the mid around $85, why is 2.99 CHEAP???...

Also, in March of '08, the U.S. gubmint temporarily repealed the $.25 federal gas tax, because people thought $3 a gallon was TOO HIGH!...
