FS: NIB Intel Core i3-4330 CPU Socket LGA 1150 3.5GHz

I purchased this for an upcoming build, but didnt realize it was the new Haswell Intel i3 and the motherboard I ordered is socket LGA1155. The Haswell compatible motherboard is too expensive for the features I need so I just ordered a new CPU. NewEgg apparently won't accept an unopened CPU and charges restocking fees.
