Do you have to replace the nut that holds the front wheel bearing hub on when you replace the hub and how many foot lbs of torque dose it take to tighten it and where can you buy a new one and what is the cost of the nut thank you Ron

I dont think you have to replace it, torque spec is 258 ft/lb. You can buy new one from tousley ford or any ford dealer. good luck

I replaced both front wheel bearings and had the same debate but I went ahead and reused.......btw if you dont have a 36mm socket and torque wrench you can rent them from Autozone:biggthump
