This includes a bar, the bench, which is adjustable and plates with plate holder.
Total total weight of plates with the bar is 200LBS.
Bar weight - 55LBS
3x25LB plates
The rest of the plates are 10, 5 and 2.5LB each.
See pictures: one part of the bench has a few light scratches but nothing very noticeable.
Willing to deliver unassembled within a reasonable distance of my location depending on the deal. Otherwise, meet nearby at a mall for pickup. Strongly recommend bringing a truck or large SUV.
