Back on topic:

I won't eat Liver of any kind.

I can pretty much eat anything else, but, things like insects, spiders, brains, etc. count me out.

No internal organs EVER AGAIN. I’ve had the ability to eat or taste some really odd and rare foods and I have had one instance where an internal organ was cooked and prepared to my liking. Liver, heart, brains etc are just fucking nasty. I’ve eaten horse, alligator, shark, dog (unknowingly, didn’t like it), parrot, whale meat, seal meat (gross), bear, squirrel and a lot of others. A lot of delicacies from other countries are absolutely stomach turning both literally and figuratively but having a few friends that are chefs gave me the ability to try a lot of different things. All that really did was make me stick to the usual foods and stay far away from the oddities. Now if it’s bitter, gamey or smells too much like vinegar I’m staying away from it.
