Overall I'm very happy with the car and what it did.
Previously the car was dyno'd at finishline performance and it put down 305whp 312wtq

It was done at Kurgan Motorsports in Byron

It put down 382whp 409wtq
Keep in mind my car is auto so it reads much lower than a manual.

He said it could easily put down more but didn't want to blow up my car and I respectfully agreed.

That was on only 6 degrees of timing and 11psi at 5500rpm.
AFR is a consistant 11.5

Dyno sheet (sorry I have a horribly old scanner)

Damn dude, great numbers!

Is it a night and day difference??

To me it is. It had spark plug blowout after 4300rpm that I couldnt figure out before so he changed the plugs and lowered the gap. Turns out the plugs were horribly done (I never thought to change them sine I bought it) And he changed the shift pressure a bit. Best thing I've had done to the car IMO

i would hope an extra 80hp is noticeable

He did not mention anything on how the car felt after the upgrades/tune so I figured I would ask.

What needs to be done to get the rest of the power? (mods)

He would need to build up the bottom end before going any further, the stock components start to fail and lose reliability when getting around 420-430 RWHP.
