Overall I'm very happy with the car and what it did.
Previously the car was dyno'd at finishline performance and it put down 305whp 312wtq

It was done at Kurgan Motorsports in Byron

It put down 382whp 409wtq
Keep in mind my car is auto so it reads much lower than a manual.

He said it could easily put down more but didn't want to blow up my car and I respectfully agreed.

That was on only 6 degrees of timing and 11psi at 5500rpm.
AFR is a consistant 11.5

Dyno sheet (sorry I have a horribly old scanner)

And the only vid I could get. Camera batteries died I fail

Damn dude, great numbers!

Is it a night and day difference??
To me it is. It had spark plug blowout after 4300rpm that I couldnt figure out before so he changed the plugs and lowered the gap. Turns out the plugs were horribly done (I never thought to change them sine I bought it) And he changed the shift pressure a bit. Best thing I've had done to the car IMO

Throttle body/ Intake plenum
Powerpipe (4in. intake off the procharger)
And a 3.2 pulley as opposed to the stock 3.85
New Plugs

awesome numbers tho
Thank you.
The fact that he said there is almost 40 more hp to be had is really killing me that I can't have it unless I build it. I would love to just bump the timing to like 14 degrees and run it to 6800rpm :angrys00ls:

He did not mention anything on how the car felt after the upgrades/tune so I figured I would ask.

What needs to be done to get the rest of the power? (mods)
He would need to build up the bottom end before going any further, the stock components start to fail and lose reliability when getting around 420-430 RWHP.

450ish what I heard...
On a manual trans. My stress on my motor is the more compared to a manual. If my car didnt have an auto trans it would be in the 430-440ish whp range. The fact that it reads lower doesn't mean the motor is working less hard :hs:

well very nice shibby. Making awesome numbers.

How much boost were you pushing before?
It was hitting maybe 7 way up top, but 6. The kit is supposed to be good for 8psi but thats non-ic'd

Very nice! Those mods and tune aren't hugely intrusive and you got power gains comparable to a cam swap in other cars. Sounds good to me :bigthumb:
