Ok, I got the car cleaned up and tool some pics. Let me know what you think.
Also, got the car registered. No sales tax was paid and I'll bet you'll never guess what my plate is going to say.:D

Nice pick up! Saw a 1M for the first time in person yesterday.

I sat in one last year at the auto show. They are really nice, but i'm not dropping that amount of cheddar on it. I'm waiting to see how the next m3 works out. I figure this would be a great car for me to experiment with HPDE's and HSAX before I go into something a bit more powerful.

EDIT: Thanks BTW. :D It's much more spirited than my sedan ever could be.

I'm glad to see you got it in stick. I hate BMW auto transmissions, they are made solely to save gas and always feel like they are 1 gear too high. Depending on how much you like this car maybe you'll rather get the nextgen 1M over the M3.

Thanks Turk, the m3 became the perfect package car and the little 1series just seems more my style. Stripped and basic with a decent aftermarket to make it handle better. If I didnt end up getting a condo out here I would have probably gotten that m3 I wanted a couple months back.

This way if I decide I really like tracking the 135i I can dedicate it to that and keep my 335xi as purely DD. If I got the m3 it would double as both a road course car and DD. I still got to meet you. I think I owe you a beer, lol

The 135i's have the same 3liter straight 6 twin turbo that the 335i has, but is a couple hundred pounds lighter. It's not uncommon for a tune only 135i with a sticky tire to run mid 12's in the quarter. They also handle really well considering they don't have an LSD like the M cars have. Plus they are cheap when you buy one used or cpo, but the backseat is pretty much useless.
