I know I had said that I wanted to trade my 335xi for an e90 m3, but since I have a unique opportunity in Las Vegas I figure I'd just get a fun car for out here and keep my daily back home. I really wanted an m3, but the only one that would be in my price range would be a e46 which is a bad ass car, but it's aging and with an NA car and no tools at my vegas condo it would leave me with no ability to modify unless I wanted to drop it off at a shop. I really like my 335xi, but it's too heavy, it's automatic, and it's a 4 door. I wanted something that gets good gas mileage, I'm familiar with, is fun and light, 6speed, easily modifiable with hand tools, and I can take it to HSAX and HPDE's when I get it back home.

The best solution is this.

2008 135i coupe with 6speed, sport package, premium package, and comfort access. I can ship my JB4, meth kit, and cp to my condo and install in less than an hour. The car is a blast, is pretty nimble, and really comfortable.

:fy: I worked with a guy that had a white one. It was a blast to drive!

Congrats!

Nice!

Always loved those. Would take it over an Evo/STi for sure.

Where in Vegas are you?

I'm on south Las Vegas Blvd and E. Serene Ave. It's right by the southpoint casino if you know where that is.

Nice. I'm heading out there for work next month and am getting the lay of the land since it's my first time out there. I'll be on the west side of the city at Red Rock Hotel, so pretty much away from everything, though it doesn't seem like a particularly large city.

SouthPoint Casino is great. I've stayed there a few times when I raced the BMX national in the stadium/arena they have.

If you come down and have some time to kill shoot me a pm. I'm always up for some wings and a beer and most likely will be here.:bigthumb:

Thanks all for the nice words. I love this little car and spoke with the previous owner today and he's missing it already. It's night and day different from my sedan for sure.

Thanks guys, yeah it's a little dirty and some scratches on the outside. I bought it from a guy that drove down from north LA so I'm not going to fault him for not having it clean. He did fill it up for me which was unexpected. It's the exact options I wanted too.

I live out here too. My job is out here and I fly back and forth every week.:)

I haven't forgot, TA body work had to take a back seat so we could tweak a few things. Want it running perfect and then we will tackle the door skin and paint. Any luck on finding a door skin that would let me retain the "trans am" emblem?
