3800 Finally getting there...

The last three weekends have been very busy for me and my GTP. The first weekend I got my baby back from the body shop and got about half of the car painted. Last weekend I did just about every maintenance thing possible and redid my whole brake setup. This weekend I detailed my engine bay and interior. The engine bay is NOT complete yet as I still have some minor things to do in addition to the red engine overlay kit on order.

Next weekend I am going to start the exterior... as the pics below are just of a wash and I have not waxed it since December (but lots of wax though). I also have a 5000k HID waiting to be installed.

Let me know what you think...my goal is to have one of the best looking Silvermist GPs, period.

Looks good Mike. Sounds like you're a lot like me. I sent my Grand Prix to the shop a couple years ago to have about 1/2 of it painted just because there were some random scratches/ knicks.

Actually, I do drive a lot... 40 mile round trip to/from work and it was driven all winter. I just turned 80k last week, not bad for a car built in December '97.
