Originally, I had planned on having our Fall track day at Byron. They're always accommodating to us and its always a good time...but wait, a new contender emerges from the shadows!

I am in talks with GLD to host our track day this year, but before I go any further, I wanted to get some feedback on which. My mind is set on either Byron or GLD so please, dont try and talk up 41 or 66...and sadly, Cordova is out of the question this year.

So please vote and submit your feedback!

considering I don't know that GLD means.. I'm going to assume you mean DRAG RACE track day and not a roadrace track day....

if we go GLD...here are their rules (which basically mirror cordova's rules from last year)

"If you run slicks on any car you need a drive shaft loop. 11.50 or faster roll bar fire jacket. Hope this helps."

Obviously Byron is a bit more leniant but our luck will out eventually. Dunno if thats going to sway peoples decisions. I mean most of you know the drill at tracks so this shouldnt come as a surprise.

I'd go to GLD if you can find a way for us to not need roll bars running faster than 11.50. But if not, daytime at Byron so I can get more than 2 runs in would be ideal.

Then you would actually have a reason to wear that fire suit!
