Equilibrium was also based on the same Fahrenheit 451 book written in the 1950s by Ray Bradbury,

Bradbury wrote a ton of novels/short stories in the middle of the 20th century including The Martian Chronicles, The Illustrated Man and Something Wicked This Way Comes all of which have been made into miniseries or movies.

I was never a fan of this book. Read it once or twice but not in a long time. Bradbury had a lot of depressing endings to his stories. Good guys did not win. Sort of.

Disney is going to do a remake of Something Wicked This Way Comes which may be worth seeing.

Finally sat down and watched this. It was ok. Not horrible, but nothing compelling either.

Completely MEH. Watched last week some time. The script is weak, as is the plot for that matter.
