💸 For Sale F/S nicely built 2004 cobra

Thinking of selling my 2004 Cobra. The car has 29,XXX Miles on it currently and I have owned it for almost 8 years. I am the third owner and personally knew both previous owners. The car needs nothing, I just have had a lot of priority changes since I bought my house and the last 3 years I have driven the car probably a total of 100 miles. This summer I only drove it to get fresh gas in the spring and once in June after changing the oil.

I have been back and fourth for a couple years now so I figured I would see if anyone is interested. As noted before the car is a 2004 and has 29,XXX Miles on it. Its a Black Coupe if you cant tell and the top of the roof and top of the spoiler is wrapped in 3m satin black, but the paint underneath is the same as the rest of the car. There are 2 small scratches on the paint that I can show if needed and the heat/ac work as they should.

The Whipple and fuel system was installed spring of 2014 and was tuned by Tim Barth and made 595 whp and 565 tq at 19# on 93 pump gas. I only had a couple track visits with the Whipple and the best I managed was my last visit and ran an 11.2 at 132 MPH back in 2016. The whole setup has maybe 1-2,000 miles on it. The tune has been great with the exception for an intermittent rpm fluxuation of about 100 RPM when the car is warm. It always annoyed me but doesen't affect anything relating to starting/driving.

I have a binder full of receipts and information that came with a good chunk of the parts. I should have the stock headlights, tail lights and other misc stock stuff stored in my attic that I will have to pull down and sort out. I am looking for $27k for the car with the stock seats and the 18" FR500 wheel setup.

I do have the Weld RTS wheels/tires and a Corbeau seat package that could be negotiated in at an additional cost. The stock seats were removed back in 2012 and stored indoors so they are mint. I am located in the burbs of Chicago. Clean title in hand. Not really looking for trades but might consider something + cash. Would entertain a nice f-body, C6, Older EFI LS swapped truck or 69 Camaro RS/SS. Not wanting anything really modified.

The car has no rust or any known defects. I have hundreds of high resolution pictures that can be shared and I would gladly answer any questions relating to the cars history. The car has passed Illinois emissions testing and has no check engine lights.

Thanks guys, really don't have anything in particular in mind that I would want next but I feel something more stock that I can cruise and not worry about would be sweet. I feel like it will probably take the right person to buy since most banks wont do a loan on something this old. If it don't sell I have a few plans for it that I would hope would make me hopefully use the car like I used to.

If I didn't have my notch I would probably be tickled of the offer, I love me a GN. On a side note a while back we talked about a sloppy stage 2 engine you had, do you happen to still have it?

This thing still for sale? I'm not in the market, just thought I would ask.

I think it could use some carbon side skirt splitters to really make it attractive sale. Though $27k seems like a decent price for the miles.
I think that I still own this. Gotta check, its been a while...
