Nice!

"Get after it?" I rolled out of bed an hour ago. The only thing I'm getting after right now is a cinnamon pecan danish.

Since I got on the incline treadmill kick about a year ago I haven't been able to tolerate any other form of cardio. 15% (the max) incline at 3mph for 15-30 mins is all that I do, it's just too efficient for burning cals.

Gym just got an incline trainer...holy fuckballs...goes up to 30% which feels like you're climbing a damn mountain. Today I did 25 mins varying between 18 and 30% and 2-3mph and I can't remember the last time I sweat like that. I sat on the bench to try and catch my breath and was just dripping. I'm so buying one of those this fall

Which do you think would burn more calories, running at 5.5mph at a 3% incline for 20 min or doing your 15% at 3mph for 30 min?
I like to mix my cardio up, and I can do 12% at 3mph, havent tried 15%, but I'm sure I could do it and work up to 30 min

Incline walking would for sure be better on your knees, which is one of the reasons I like it. Calorie burn rate would probably be very similar between those two but jogging for 20 vs 15% walk for 30, the longer workout would prob burn more (just a guess).

Doing the incline walk at 3mph my HR gets up to 160 within a few minutes and averages 165-175 in the last half of the workout. Yesterday I started at 3mph and 18% so my HR shot up fast lol

Fuck that machine.. doing workouts at a gym near my house and when I see 100ft on the chalkboard I know I am leaving just covered in sweat.
come visit me in thailand for a 90 minute outdoor muay thai class, even if it's at 8am... you will find out the maximum amount of sweat your body can produce :D
