I didnā€™t want to blow out my colon, so I alternate šŸ˜‚

Liquid carbs so that to me. Last race I did I had the most comical farts for almost 24 hours after.

yeah that is no joke

I still havenā€™t figured it out. My only guess is that Iā€™m mixing my electrolyte mix based on the bag recommendations and since Iā€™m larger than the average person I need to be going heavier. Every race that I do I generally deal with crippling cramps. Last one my legs locked solid .8 miles from the finish. It wasnā€™t a carb bonk because I could quickly recover.

Well that 8am rain storm shit on those plans. Woke up at 6:30, ate, got dressed and then saw the giant blob coming on radar.

I got 17 miles in this evening dodging puddles on the Gilman. Ate half a pizza right before hand so I kind of felt like shit. That humidity today was brutal.

Perfect weather this morning

I was thinking about doing that same loop this AM, but extend it further north to LITH, so I could scribble my name in chalk in front of SRT41320 SRT41320 place. Decided on motorcycle ride instead, but ended up with a bad battery, so didn't even make it out of the driveway.

Now I'm going to gear up for the bicycle ride :ROFLMAO:

Did 36 miles with some stronger riders this morning. Was listed as 16-18mph and I knew I was in trouble when we were pushing 20mph the first 5 miles. Didnā€™t get much of a break for the single track and grass sections because they brought the speed down a lot but killed my legs. Would go again. Got 36 miles in and was home before 10am. Something something, riding with faster riders makes you faster. Guys were bunny hopping downed trees on drop bar bikes. I need to practice in the driveway. I thoroughly understand the concept from riding BMX, but it seems harder to do on a big bike with so much of your weight forward. Not trying to case stuff clipped in on carbon wheels.
