Ok cool, mine take about that long to get to the 145ish range.
I'll click it on right before my workout. Workout is typically an hour so it's right at the sweet spot for me when I hop in. Then the wife fucking hates me when I get out, and leave the door open so it airs out, as she just starts her cardio lol

Usually I'll stay in there for 25-30 mins at a time, so I'm sweating like @The Beast when he closes a deal with a $20k ADM.

Depending on how much time I have Iā€™m usually in the 30-45 minute range. The sweat is no joke, literally will have one of the midsize bathroom towels completely soaked. Love it!

A hard workout and then sauna has me sleeping like a baby at night.

Absolutely. I usually do it in the morning. And it really starts my day and has me feeling great But, like you said, at night, it winds you down too. Don't know if there's many things other than sex or a sauna that do the same in both the AM or PM.

I ordered this up. Been getting pain or I guess itā€™s called runners knee. Anyway I tried it and it halted any associated pain with running. I never have an issue on the treadmill just outdoor running over the 4mi mark.

I use something similar if I feel any pain from over training. They work great !

I saw that diagonal line and immediately said to myself, ā€œhe went up the prairie path that I use for making a loop!ā€

Iā€™m down at my dadā€™s in Kentucky. Spent all day under the house beating up my knees and back on dirt, gravel, and rocks. Supposed to be 63Ā° and sunny tomorrow so planning on taking a walk up on the fire trails that we run the SxS and ATV on. They were in decent shape, but my dad just had the neighbor clean them all with his CAT. Will take some photos, but wonā€™t be able to upload until I get back into cell coverage.

So I was able to get a walk/hike in yesterday at my dad's, taking the fire trails, mostly around the perimeter of his northern property. Did a little exploring and some backtracking. But it was a really nice walk and will do it again on the next trip down. The fire trail that I took to get up had about a 90-100% grade (45Āŗ). Photos in next post.

Unfortunately the terrain map isn't showing elevations.

This trail was newly cleared. We haven't used it (ATV's) for about 10 years since the conditions got so bad we couldn't get up it. This is about 45Āŗ in some places. The CAT they used didn't even break a sweat going up.

From about the northeast corner looking over the ridge to the next person's property.

Just past the northwest corner of the property by about 1/4 mile.

Saw this branch doing a pull up on the tree, lol.

Got a bit of cleanup to do on the next trip down.

This one is going to take some work to clean up. I had to backtrack and go up on the ridge to the right to get around this. Prime tick country. If you look down through the trees on the left you can just make out some green. That's the back half of the 300 yard shooting range.

Same tree.

View looking up. Was for my dad so he knew what we'd be dealing with.

Also a throw back to almost a year ago this month when I was in Colorado hiking St. Maryā€™s Falls. Not a single soul on the trail, completely covered in snow, basically guessing where the trail was the whole way up, thinking I might happen upon a bear ? Super relaxing 7.5 mile hike, caught a lady on the way out to take my pic.
