3800 engine mounts

I got the poly motor mounts...I have the uppers in and I am trying to pull the lowers out. I have the one pretty torn up. I used 2 flat heads to pry, a utility nife to slice and dice.....and the dang thing is still in there. is there an easy way to pull these fricken things out???

THANKS!!!!!!!! that stuck an idea in my head. I have a mini 6ton hydro jack. I stuck it in between the mounts and jacked it up. those mounts went flying out sooooo fast. really cut time down to 5 minutes. Thanks again for that info!!!!
