DP and PCM ordered.

Are you having rear 02 c9des deleted from pcm? If not I'd get a new rear 02 sensor, and you will need an extension as ALL down pipes were designed for 97-03 and 04+ rear 02's are closer to engine.

Outer tie rods? Really anything in the front suspension

Do you have any way to scan fuel trims on your car?

Make sure you pay real close attention to fuel mileage. The 01+ cars test the cat by running really rich until the rear O2 decides if the cat is good or bad. So, if you remove the sensor, you may have problems with it running super rich all the time.
