I think that extra connector is for the EGR, or if it's a longer lead, it could be for the low oil level sender that would have been in the passenger side of the stock oil pan.

I remember the ships like that, definitely was "hack'ish" after having the chip installed.Last night I got the chip installed into the EEC. Was a bit surprised at how hacky the chip install felt, but whatever it was the 90s! HPTuners is definitely my preferred method of tuning! I did the inspection on the capacitors and all looks to be good.
Next up with be getting the o2 sensors wired with the new harness, setting timing and idle.
Then I think I'm going to try to weld in the sub frames with my Lincoln 140HD.
