I sent the guy a message. He said he can't provide the frame and running gear as shipping from his country would be too much.

But he said he would ship me the body as a kit. Easy to ship since it's made of cardboard and foil. Basically, I'll be getting boxes with rolls of foil inside. A deal at $1,800!
