:rofl: I was hydroplaning wayyyy to much last night, although speed was a factor, talk about shatting yourself when you have no input control for a good 15 yards and starting to drift off the road :eek:

Enough standing water will make anything hydroplane.

We clipped an intersection last night in the cooper (tires are only as old as the car at like 8 months old, 5000 miles), and got some hydroplane action.

The Burb I just picked up has decent tread, but after getting a better once-over the truck in good light I can see the tires are dry rotting and old which is no bueno for plowing.

Given the common size however, Grabber AT2's are only $125 a pop from Discount Tire in the right size, which is a pretty nice price to begin with.
