Yes. We discovered the car was basically locked at 16 degrees of timing advance when cruising on the highway at low loads. Zero'd out the torque protect tables and... it's magically perfect. Fuel economy seems more like what i'd expect. Absolutely no clue what was causing it to go into torque protect at all times. Logged the TCC slip and it appears to be working flawlessly and every other sensor I can find is giving readings that make sense. Whatever. Maybe the ECU itself has an issue.
