what email program is the person you are sending to using?

outlook 03 blocks most all attachments by default.

rename your .bin file to a .txt and send it, then have them rename it

I am pretty sure you are suppose to zip those files to keep their integrity, but I could be wrong. You can always zip it and rename that as well
