I have 3 other spots including the roof that have tiny rusts spots. I will look more into in the next coming weeks. I've half a mind to chip it and paint pen it all in.

Little rusty pin hole spots are the worst.

Only way to get rid of that rust is have someone cut it out and re weld new metal. What ever fix u think you can do it will be back real soon after a temporary fix.
