Catch cans work.
125,300-oil Change

I believe the 2013+ ecoboost 3.5 already have an oil separator (catch can) built into the rear valve cover. You catching oil ahead of that separator.

The 'fisheyes' in the oil in the catch can are likely water as well. I think these things are like "cold air kits". More marketing than substance. I regret buying mine. (The Hellcat's not getting one - even more useless on a PFI engine.)

Milkly looking is because it trapped mostly water. Just like when someone blows a head gasket and the coolant turns the crankcase oil into milk chocolate. If you drove further, the crankcase would get hotter and cook the water off. You'll see they trap more water in the winter.
Yes sir. It was real bad when my wife only drove 2 miles to the train. Now she’s going 10.

I would never make it
I see myself accidentally making it. Like legit. I have really fucking fallen off of maintenance on everything...

I checked my milege and I was at 5500 miles and I was flipping out like OMG and changed it as soon as oil came in..

I under estimate how much I drive nowadays and milege fucking staaacks up now and I'm not putting many miles on the other 2
