Netflix Day Shift - Vampire movie with Jamie Foxx

I thought I remember seeing a post (maybe a thread?) for this, but I couldn't find it again.

This legit looks like it could be a decent Netflix movie. I haven't much cared for the more recent Netflix films.

The use of Murder Was the Case was pretty cool in the trailer.

Holy shit what a pile of crap movie. It's like they shot it and a stoned fifth grader edited it and said "good enough".

I thought it was amusing, pretty good fight coordination. I don't know there is much replay value, but worth watching at least once.

I don't care for how they killed the lead vampire. I would think that anyone as fast as she appeared to be, they would have seen that clothesline coming a mile away. I would imagine that she sees like the Flash/Superman do when running, everything around is basically in slow motion. I mean, she can catch a bullet with her teeth, but can't see a stationary clothesline?!?

I liked it a lot. Soundtrack is awesome, Franco and Fox work really well together, action/fight scenes are good, a few good laughs and the pop culture references were funny as hell, the very last line in the movie got me pretty good (if you get the reference).

But yeah, it actually wasnt too bad. Doesnt reinvent the vampire genre, but some decent enough action and chase scenes

I said the same thing to my wife! Why didn't get grab any of that stuff?! He could have retired practically. I'm surprised that the Pitch Guy didn't pick apart how the big, bad vampire was killed. That was terrible.
