2016, so within a 5 year warranty likely if it was driving in 2015, but if fuel system falls under a 3 year warranty, likely out of it.

either way, i feel more and more comfortable with my gasser purchase.
Gasser definitely a win, a guy posted a 12.3 dragy run in the same truck as me with a few more mods last night on the high performance f150 page

So I got my sweet new dragy from tcg. And I'm going to waste a lot of gas with it I've decided.

Absolute hero DA but spinning like an absolute MOTHER FUCKER in auto 4wd, first out the hole then on the 1/2 shift and 2/3 shift. It's neat that it shows the 60 ft so you can see just how slow you are out the hole

This is just absolute mash the gas to the floor and hope. I tried to gas/brake but the truck stops all fun... Let's you only Rev to 1500rpm, regardless of how hard you mash the gas, then when you release the brake, the truck barely feathers into the throttle.

I'm excited to tinker with this further... Get the random tools, shingles, other building materials, etc and try to dip into the 13s being able to hook.

i posted it in my truck thread, but i went 14.0 as my truck sits this morning. 2.1 60ft, spinning like fucking crazy in auto4wd

I found 4 hi sport mode with traction control off to be the hot ticket for dragy runs

oh shit that's likely a good idea.

auto 4wd on my truck likely allows a bit too much spin at first before it "grabs"

i did try a run yesterday in 2wd and it was stupid. had to completely let out of it because it was just a smoke show.

i want to take some shit out of my truck and make another pass at it. there's a LOT of stuff in my truck right now

I tried a hero run on a 1/4 tank of gas last week and it spun 4wd hard enough on the shifts to add a tenth to my previous best

that's awesome

i was disappointed i can't brake torque my truck at all. but i guess it makes sense with factory shiznit.

stabbing the gas like you're mad at it will have to be the stock is best stock is fastest route for a while.
Normally if you make a little more than stock power it flashes the stock converter best that way, I’m almost tempted to put a stall in this thing I know it will be worth at least half a second with as tight as the stock one is, but it may be a bitch to tow with

Does yours flash to about ~1700 before launching? That' what I get out of mine

Now I want a dragy. Damn you guys

You pay to put an engine in it and don’t tell them like if it were my own truck lol, I’ve never been one that was scared to spend money if it was my fault
It'd just suck if you end up dumping a bunch of money in to it, then when the lease ends the residual is more than you could buy a comparable truck for

It’s 30k to buy it at the end, that’s more than fair for this truck I feel after 3 years, if I don’t buy it it will be stock when I goes back and they won’t ever know the difference
