Is it a metallic or something? Thats why I would never want to even attempt to paint my shitbox, I can only imagine how badly I would fuck it up. :bowrofl:
It's not. Screaming yellow just expensive to begin with and if everything is not perfect you legit get a school bus color. Lmao

I don't understand the paint process. From the way it's being explained, theres several sealer coats goin on mine, all being blocked inbetween. Then like 3 paint coats, then all being blocked again, sealed, buffed, waxed, etc...

Yeah, Ive watched videos from Eastwood on YouTube and they make it look so easy, but I know it's not that easy. A lot of stages with a lot of sanding.

So also, the accents to my truck are all going black. Like, black black...

I guess black has yellow and white mixed into it? Well they removed those and added like 3 blacks together.. Should be pretty trick

I also should have went ahead and stripped it to the frame and had the frame powder coated. I should've had all new stainless steel brake and fuel lines installed. I should've removed the wheels and had them professionally repaired and powder coated too. I should of sent the seats to the upholster. I should've ate a salad instead of a bean burrito, I should've started saving for retirement at age 11.

Lotsa shoulds haz but I cannots.
We are talking about a paint color here, not sending the truck to the crusher and buying a new one.

If you want yellow, paint it yellow… but once, cry once

The blocking is going to make it super flat.
Should help with orange peel.
I will be interested for post cut and buff pictures.
Rotaries are good for sanding marks but only a well trained arm with finish it with a rotary.
No protection should be applied on the fresh paint.
