Went here tonight with Jerry...I had actually visited here YEARS ago, so this was a nice refresher. Food is excellent. Owner is a great guy. Will make for a nice winter spot. This is off 14 in Fox River Grove. Don't worry, we're planning spots for winter meets all over the area.

New China is a very good place. Excellent food and tropical drinks are awesome. Hopefully it will still be around this winter. The city wants to tear down that whole downtown area under eminent domain and not properly compensate the New China family for a loss of a 40+ year old business and their own homes above the restaurant. I haven't actually ate inside since last winter to ask about a update. Hopefully COVID blocked the demo process and the city spent all their money on building a un needed parking lot for the fire station. That restaurant is the only thing worth a shit in that shithole downtown of FRG.
