I can't imagine the Tacoma is going to have a better resale than the Gladiator. Wranglers are still stupid expensive on the used market. I'm sure they have the best resale out of any FCA vehicle, maybe even any domestic vehicle.



True, but considerably lower buy-in and much larger volume. Gladiator is still more of a novelty than a work vehicle.

I have been looking at 3rd gen Tacoma’s for the past few weeks and cross comparing between brands but always come back to a taco. Now I’m not so sure as I haven’t even test drive any of them.

Good article and write-up. Appreciate the insight as well.

Same here, whats making me pick the taco is the manual transmission option and locking rear differential. I know the ZR2 has both front and rear locking options but no manual transmission.
